Gains / Growth / Reflection
In the Mercedes-Benz mass production vehicle project, collaborating with teams across China, Germany, India, and other countries gave me valuable insights into global design teamwork. I shifted from optimizing individual features to adopting a more systematic approach to interaction design, while deepening my understanding of design systems within the team.
As I took on more roles and became involved in various project stages, my understanding of a designer’s value evolved. Great design is not only about user experience—it also acts as a bridge between business goals, technical limitations, and user needs. This ability to balance these aspects is key to a designer’s true value.
Due to confidentiality reasons, I am unable to showcase the specific designs at this moment.
